Conditional approval powers permit attaching restrictions to approvals and rescinding them for non compliance, with prescribed application fees.

Central Government and the Tribunal may attach conditions, limitations or restrictions to approvals, directions or exemptions and may rescind them for contravention; and, unless otherwise provided, every application to those authorities for approvals, directions, exemptions or other matters must be accompanied by prescribed fees, with provision for different fees for different matters or classes of companies.
