Where a Limited Liability Partnership is being wound up, whether by tribunal order or voluntarily, every invoice, order for goods or business letter bearing the LLP's name issued by or on behalf of the LLP, a LLP liquidator, a receiver, or a designated partner of the LLP's property must contain a clear statement that the LLP is being wound up.
