Delegation of powers: Authority may delegate statutory functions to members, officers or others subject to conditions.

The Authority may, by written general or special order, delegate to any member, officer or other person such of its powers and functions under the Act as it deems necessary, subject to conditions specified in the order; the power under section 54 is excluded from delegation. The text notes an amendment substituting the recipient description to read "Member or officer."
