Warrant of authority requests must state grounds, reasons for multiple execution and identify premises or conveyances for authorized search.

An Investigating Authority that reasonably believes the statutory grounds exist may request a warrant of authority from the Chairman in physical or electronic form using Form A, specifying the grounds, reasons for multiple execution if needed, and identifying the person or enterprise and the building, place, vessel, vehicle or aircraft to be authorised for search.
