The Central Registrar may appoint arbitrators and fix their fees for disputes under the Act, subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Except as otherwise provided, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act applies to all arbitrations under the Act as if proceedings were referred for settlement or decision under that Act.
