Delegation of financial and administrative powers permits delegation to members or officers under continuing supervision.

The State President holds prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate any portion of those powers to another Member or an officer of the State Bench or Area Benches, provided the delegate, while exercising such delegated powers, continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
