Financial and administrative powers: State President may exercise and delegate oversight of Appellate Tribunal benches under supervision.

Section 114 vests the State President with financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal, and authorises delegation of those powers to another Member or officer, provided the delegate acts under the continuing direction, control and supervision of the State President.
