Staff of Appellate Tribunal provision removed; previously required central government to provide officers and prescribe service conditions.

Section 34, formerly governing Staff of Appellate Tribunal, has been omitted. The prior provision required the Central Government to provide officers and employees to the Appellate Tribunal, placed those officers under the general superintendence of the Chairperson, and provided that their salaries, allowances and other conditions of service were to be prescribed. The omission eliminates these statutory directives from the statute.
