Management of confiscated property: Central Government may appoint senior officers as Administrators to receive, manage and dispose assets.

The Central Government may appoint officers not below Joint Secretary as an Administrator to receive and manage property in relation to which an order has been made under the specified confiscation provisions; Administrators must manage such property in the prescribed manner and, where property is vested in the Central Government under section 9, take measures as directed by the Central Government to dispose of it.
