Foreign contribution reporting requires election candidates to electronically furnish prescribed particulars shortly after due nomination for election.

Foreign contribution received by an election candidate covered by section 21 must be furnished electronically in Form FC-1 within forty-five days from the date of due nomination. Form FC-1 replaced the earlier Form FC-9, and electronic filing was subsequently made mandatory.
