Passenger Name Record Information Regulations, 2022 define aircraft operators, authorised agents, crew members, passengers, international flights, reservation systems, Departure Control Systems, departure time and the National Customs Targeting Centre-Passenger. Aircraft operators exclude State aircraft and aircraft specifically excluded by Board order. A passenger includes a non-crew person in transfer or transit on an international flight whose consent is manifested through registration on the passenger list. Undefined terms carry the meanings assigned under the Customs Act, 1962.
