We ensure this by constant learning and updating of our fickle, bureaucrats-driven tax regimes. 3.2. We master the interpretation nuances by studying all the HC and SC decisions up to date. 3.3. We pay our direct and Indirect taxes, PF, ESI honestly, erring on the safe side by excess compliance. For example, we do not juggle with the compensation structure to keep our PF contribution low. Instead, we contribute PF on a sum much higher than the paltry threshold limit fixed by the EPFO. 3.4. We do not take kindly to corrupt Licence Raj Officers who visit us for "Inspection" and "Audit"! 4. We are proud to be a responsible Corporate Citizen. 5.
