....lief under section 80J for assessment year 1973-74. The first appellate authority and the Tribunal upheld the order of the Income-tax Officer. On a reference,the High Court held that the assessee had obtained relief under section 80J of the Act for assessment year 1968-69 and, therefore, subsequent four assessment years in which the assessee was entitled to claim relief under section 80J(2) were assessment years 1969-70 to 1972-73. Hence, according to the High Court, the last assessment year in which the assessee was entitled to relief under section 80J would be the assessment year 1972-73.
