He submitted that the income really related to the financial year 1979-80 which was relevant to asst. yr. 1980-81 and it was earned by the assessee outside India and since in that year the assessee was non-resident, the income was not taxable at all. He supported the view taken by the CIT(A) that even under s. 15(c) it was not taxable in this year. 7. On careful consideration, we find that the order of the CIT(A) does not call for any interference vide para 2 above.
