....assessee's money, disbelieved the genuineness of the loan and effected the addition of Rs. 1,50,000. 4. The assessee went in appeal before the CIT(A) but failed. 5. It was in the light of the above facts and circumstances that the counsel for the assessee in addition to the submissions reiterated the submissions made by the assessee. The assessee submitted that both the creditors being income-tax assessees, the loans having been received through crossed account payee cheques and both the creditors having been examined by the AO wherein they have confirmed giving of loan to the assessee, there was no reason to disbelieve the capacity of the creditors.
