....Brokers and other stakeholders is invited to the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations (SCMTR), 2018, as amended from time to time, and the advisories/instructions issued by the Directorate General of Systems & Data Management, CBIC. In this regard, Advisory No. 37/2026 dated 18.09.2026, regarding the process for amendment of CSN through SCA and SAM through SAA, and Advisory No. 38/2026 dater 22.09.2026, containing operational/technical clarifications and FAQs relating to CSN, SAM and SAA amendments have been issued by the ICES. The said advisories are available on the ICEGATE SCMTR advisory page.
