Short title and commencement :- (a) These rules may be called the Cyber Regulations Appellate Tribunal (Salary, Allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Presiding Officer) Rules, 2003. (b) They shall come into force on the date of their publications in the Official Gazette 2.
