Principal Commissioner of Customs confirmed the order of suspension of licence. Customs Appeal No. 75379 of 2024 has been filed against the impugned order dated 01.02.2024 passed by the Ld. Principal Commissioner of Customs (Airport & ACC), Kolkata confirming the suspension of the Customs Broker Licence of the Appellant. Since upon completion of the inquiry, the impugned Order-in-Original No. KOL/CUS/A&A/Pr. COMMISSIONER/CBS/21/2024 dated 11.07.2024 has been passed revoking the Customs Broker Licence of the Appellant, we observe that the Customs Appeal No. 75379 of 2024 has become infructuous. 8.1.
