....(1) These regulations may be called the Competition Commission of India (Commitment) Amendment Regulations, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date^# of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Competition Commission of India (Commitment) Regulations, 2024, in regulation 3, in sub-regulation (3), the words "45 (forty-five)" shall be substituted with the words "60 (sixty)". 3.
