Some of those parties had approached this Court by way of Writ Petitions, and this Court had not entertained the Writ Petitions against the OIOs and directed those parties to avail of the alternate remedy by filing an Appeal. Those orders have been tendered to us today. The first order of this Court challenging the OIO dated 3rd September 2025, is passed in Writ Petition No. 14616 of 2025 along with Writ Petition No. 15576 of 2025 dated 24th November 2025. Over and above that, the said order also directs appropriation of the amounts lying in the bank accounts of Petitioner No. 1 as well as Petitioner No. 2 as more particularly set out on pages 408 and 409 of the paper-book.
