....pping Lines/Steamer Agents/Importers and all concerned is invited to CBIC Circular No.32/2026-Customs dated 11.07.2026 regarding discontinuation of submission of manual documents/statements in respect of containers imported under Notification No.104/94-Cus dated 16.03.1994 read with Boards Circular No.31/2005-Cus dated 25.07.2005 & Circular No.51/2020-Cus dated 20.11.2020, which exempts containers of a durable nature from the whole of the Customs duty and whole of the additional duty payable, subject to execution of a Continuity Bond and fulfilment of the prescribed conditions, including re-export of such containers within the stipulated period, or payment of the whole of the Customs duty along with applicable interest & penalty. 2.
