Their golf-specific design, calibration, licensing, marketing, course libraries, installation requirements, and exclusive use for practice, coaching, simulation, virtual play, and performance analysis establish that they function principally as golf apparatus. Measurement and analytical capabilities serve an ancillary role in enabling the sporting functions and do not make the products independent measuring or checking instruments. The integrated radar subsystem also does not support classification as standalone radar apparatus.
