Hence, the provision which has been made by the Government for the academic year 2014-15 onwards could also be taken note by this Court to consider the question raised in the instant petitions which pertains to the academic year 2013-14, since the object is to see that the available infrastructure is not wasted by allowing the seats in the permitted intake to lapse.
