....BCD exemption is extended to specified inputs used in manufacturing display assemblies under heading 8524 for automotive, medical or industrial applications. The covered goods are cell, flexible printed circuit assembly, backlight unit, frame and anisotropic conductive film, classified under the stated tariff headings, subject to specified conditions. The exemption expressly excludes display assemblies for cellular mobile phones, smart watches, smart meter LCD or backlight, LCD and LED TV panels, and interactive flat panel display modules. The entry operates as nil duty and applies only until 31 March 2029.....
