Stakeholders shall ensure that complete, accurate and timely electronic declarations are submitted in the prescribed format so as to avoid disruption or delay in cargo clearance, transhipment and related processes. 6. The Board has further decided to extend the transitional provisions under SCMTR, 2018 up to 31.08.2026 vide Notification No. 61/2026-Customs (N.T.) dated 01.07.2026 (copy enclosed).
