....The Central Government rescinds Notification No. S.O. 687(E) for the Special Economic Zone at Nanakramguda Village, Telangana, except as to things done or omitted to be done before the rescission. The rescission follows the developer's proposal to de-notify the entire 2.614 hectares of the SEZ, supported by the State Government's no-objection and the Development Commissioner's recommendation. The notification therefore removes the SEZ status of the remaining area while preserving prior acts and omissions.....
