....ICEGATE's "Orders and Notices" module is prescribed as the mandatory electronic channel for JNCH officers to upload SCNs, OIOs, OIAs and other departmental communications, alongside compliance with the governing statutory service requirements. Officers must use valid ICEGATE login credentials, select the correct document category, enter the DIN, record issue details accurately, upload complete legible PDFs, verify noticee particulars, and state a clear subject or gist before submission. The preview and draft facilities should be used, acknowledgements preserved, and supervisory officers must monitor uploads through dashboard tools. The module is an additional mode only, and existing statutory or instructed service procedures remain applicable. The earlier 2025 standing order on website uploading stands withdrawn.....
