It seems to us that, subject to such conditions which may ensure that the petitioner does not misuse the concession of bail, he can be released on bail with liberty to the concerned Authorities to closely monitor and observe his activities. 4. Consequently, without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, and further subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall stay at Gurunanak Niwas, Ram Nagar, Kurkheda, Gadchiroli and shall not leave his native place without prior permission of the Trial Court except for attending the trial.
