In these cases, Customs officer shall issue Form-I or OUT OF CHARGE only after ensuring that the containers selected for scanning are found clean on scanning. IV. Original and duplicate shall be handed over to CFS/ICD/Shipping Lines under proper receipt acknowledgement for movement of container to the scanner yard.
