....echnical glitches, to re-submit TRAN-1/TRAN-2. The operative paragraphs (73-77) of the said judgment contain directions regarding the filing of TRAN-1/TRAN-2, which are as follows: 1. All the petitioners before this Court shall submit TRAN-1/TRAN-2 in physical form to their Jurisdictional Authority within four weeks from the date of this judgment. 2. The Jurisdictional Authority shall prepare a written report on the same under Section 140 of the CGST Act and Rule 117. 3. In cases where there is no objection, or where the physically submitted TRAN-1/TRAN-2 does not require revision or re-revision, a report in this regard shall be prepared by the Jurisdictional Authority within two weeks. 4. If any objection is found, the petitioners shall be given one opportunity to rectify the physically submitted TRAN-1/TRAN-2. This process shall be completed within three weeks, after which a report shall be submitted. 5. After completion of the above process, the Jurisdictional Authority shall physically file this report along with Tran 1/2 and forward the same to the GST Network within one week.
