.... all registration applications received after 01 November 2018 shall be scrutinized and the survey of business premises shall be conducted in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the said circular. However, as per the online MIS data for the period from 01.11.2018 to 14.03.2019 in the New Registration Dealer Verification Report, out of a total of 45,409 dealers, only 17,805 dealers have been verified, while 26,563 dealers are still pending. This clearly indicates that the instructions issued by the Headquarters are not being complied with by the subordinate officers under your jurisdiction, and the concerned supervisory officers are also not giving adequate attention to ensuring compliance with the Headquarters' directions.
