.... time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments under Chapter 71 of Schedule-1(Import Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022 with immediate effect: 2. Policy Condition no. 07 of the Chapter 71 is introduced as under: " Imports by 100% Export Oriented Units and units located in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) shall not be subject to the above restrictions as per Para 6.01(d) of FTP, 2023 and under Rule 27 of the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Rules, 2006 respectively, provided such imported goods are not sold into the Domestic Tarifff Area (DTAs).
