....International transhipment of FCL/LCL cargo is facilitated from Bengaluru Airport & Air Cargo Commissionerate in response to disruption in maritime routes caused by closure of the Strait of Hormuz, with processing stated to be under Section 143AA of the Customs Act, 1962. The notice directs importers, exporters, customs brokers, custodians and other stakeholders to the operative arrangement and provides for expeditious handling and supervision of transhipment requests.
