Details of Waivers Granted by Port Authority: JNPA has issued a Trade Notice providing the following relief measures: a. 100% waiver on ground rent/dwell time charges up to 15 days (from 0000 hours on 28.02.2026 till 2400 hours on 14.03.2026) for those Middle East bound export laden containers, which are affected by the geo-political disturbances; and are lying inside the terminal from 28th February 2026 or those which had gated in till 0700 hours on 08.03.2026 only. b. 80% waiver on the reefer plugin charges for 15 days (from 0000 hours on 28.02.2026 up to 2400 hours on 14.03.2026) for those Middle East bound export laden containers, which are affected by the geo-political disturbances; and are lying inside the terminal from 28th February 2026 or those which had gated in till 0700 hours on 08.03.2026 only.
