In addition, in cases where MOV-07 is issued and the penalty is subsequently paid through DRC-03, the amount deposited under DRC-03 is not reflected in the MIS report under the collection head. Thus, due to the non-availability of actual amounts deposited by the Mobile Squad units through API, the correct MIS regarding the actual collection is not being generated. In this regard, an Entry Module has been developed at the field level for Mobile Squad units to enable ARN-wise entry of the amounts deposited under Section 129 or Section 130. In this module, after entering details corresponding to the ARN issued at the field level, both the total demand generated as well as the actual collection will be displayed. Earlier, instructions were issued vide Headquarters Circular No. 2223052 dated 21.10.2022 for recording entries related to actions taken against tax evasion in transport under the MS Entry Module, by marking the relevant entries in the MS Entry Menu.
