....Launch of a pilot credit assistance intervention to expand working-capital access for MSMEs engaged in cross-border e commerce by providing credit guarantee cover and interest subvention for Cash Credit, Overdraft and other working-capital facilities. Implementation parameters define eligible MSME criteria (IEC, Udyam, minimum trading/exports experience, inventory conditions), instrument-specific eligibility, due-diligence and sanction by MLIs, and claim invocation on NPA (claim window 90-360 days). Two sub-interventions set differential guarantee coverage and fees with prescribed annual subvention ceilings and operational procedures, implemented via designated implementing agencies and governed by a Sub-Committee and specified trust arrangements; excluded exports and sanction-country transactions are barred.....
