Subject:- Regarding good and poor tax assessment orders. On reviewing the headquarters, it is often seen that in many cases, more or less turnover is being determined by the tax assessing officers in gross disregard of the facts and law of the suit, as well as qualitatively good orders are also being passed by the tax assessing officers in many other cases.
