....Launches a pilot scheme 'FLOW' under the Export Promotion Mission to subsidise overseas logistics, warehousing, fulfilment and market-facing infrastructure to enhance MSME access to foreign markets. Assistance is limited to lease/rental, common facility and operational costs (excluding capital expenditure), available to Indian incorporated entities and specified bodies; support is time bound (up to three years) and subject to project approval, milestones, utilisation certificates and monitoring. Financial aid is offered at 30% of eligible costs with prescribed ceilings per intervention; approved projects must allocate at least 20% of annual merchandise volumes to Indian MSMEs.
