....The document launches the INSIGHT intervention under the Export Promotion Mission to provide structured, non financial support for exporter preparedness, trade intelligence, capacity building, district/cluster facilitation and research/pilot initiatives; creation of physical infrastructure and transaction linked finance are excluded. Eligibility covers export promotion bodies, government departments, academic institutions, DEPCs/SEPCs and recommended organisations. Financial assistance is ordinarily co funded (typically up to half the approved cost with specified ceilings for modules, training, research, district facilitation and digital systems), with full funding possible for Central/State entities.
