....ions. d. Intellectual property rights arising out of projects fully funded under this Intervention shall vest with the Government of India. 8. Eligible Expenditure, Integrity and Disclosure a. Eligible expenditure under INSIGHT shall be limited to costs directly attributable to the approved project, including professional and consultancy fees, content and knowledge development costs, research and analytics expenses, digital development costs, event-related expenditure and other project-specific operational expenses.
