On rolling of Bhutan Transit module in the ICES, the procedures to follow for movement of transit cargo to Bhutan through Jaigoan LCS is detailed below. 2. Clearance of goods imported for Bhutan shall be against Letter of Guarantee (LOG) issued by the Royal Bhutan Customs/representative of the Royal Government of Bhutan (Annexure-I).
