....Anti-dumping duty is imposed on imports of Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch (tariff item 3824 99 00) originating in Vietnam or exported from Vietnam (including exports routed through any country) at producer-specific rates, including USD 31.58/MT for specified Europlast Group entities, USD 36.13/MT for ADC Plastic.,JSC, nil for An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company, USD 39.25/MT for Vitaplas Joint Stock Company, and USD 75.00/MT for all other producers; USD 75.00/MT also applies where origin is any country other than Vietnam but export is from Vietnam. The duty applies for five years from Gazette publication (unless earlier changed), is payable in Indian currency, and conversion uses the section 14 Customs Act exchange rate as on bill of entry presentation.....
