....Chennai Air Cargo Commissionerate is designated as a participating formation for CBIC's National Time Release Study (NTRS) 2026, covering Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills filed from 01.01.2026 to 07.01.2026, with tracking continuing until out-of-charge/let export order or 07.02.2026, whichever is earlier; the operative effect is that end-to-end timestamps up to exit from the customs area will be measured for the identified transactions to benchmark cargo release times.
