....Notification No. 49/2025-Customs, issued under section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962, amends the Project Imports Regulations, 1986, effective 29 November 2025. The amendment inserts a new item (xiv) under Sr. No. 3FF in the Table, adding "Jaipur Metro Projects" as eligible projects under the scheme. It designates the Managing Director or Director (Project) of Rajasthan Metro Rail Corporation Limited (RMRCL) as the authorized officers for purposes of project imports relating to these metro projects.
