Firstly, we deal with the issue of settlement entered into by the original petitioner with 41 buyers of the units whose names appear in Annexure A-20 to the affidavit filed on 24th March, 2025 by the petitioner. It is claimed in the affidavit that the possession of 23 units has been handed over to the persons mentioned in Annexure A-20. The Authority will file a report/affidavit stating the aforesaid facts and shall produce necessary documents.
