....The government imposed anti-dumping duties for five years on woven flax/linen fabric (>50% flax) originating in or exported from China PR and Hong Kong, finding continued dumping, increased import volumes, price suppression, undercutting and injury to domestic industry. Duties are set per meter in US$ (2.36 USD/m for shipments involving China PR as origin or as export hub; 1.14 USD/m for shipments involving Hong Kong as origin or export hub), payable in Indian currency at the notified customs exchange rate. The notification supersedes the 2020 measure and is issued under the Customs Tariff anti-dumping provisions.....
