ARPT/COUR/TRAN/05/2023-TP dated 18.03.2023 as per Circular No .24/2006-Cus dated 25.08.2006 in a case of transshipment of import cargo, wherein they executed a bond for Rs. 42 Crores. (ii) The goods sought to be transshipped shall be specifically mentioned in the import manifest or the import report for transshipment to any customs station.
