....The government amends import policy for specified ITC (HS) 2022 Chapter 70, 73, 84 and 85 items, requiring mandatory registration on the Renewable Energy Equipment Import Monitoring System (REEIMS) for listed HS codes used in solar and wind power projects prior to import. Registration applies to air, sea and land shipments, must be filed two days (air) or five days (sea/land) in advance, is port/airport/land-port specific, valid three months, and carries no fee; multiple consignments may use one registration. The changes take effect 01.11.2025 and specific HS codes are now made subject to the stated policy conditions.....
