....A government trade investigation body has recommended definitive anti-dumping duties to protect domestic manufacturers: a three-year duty on imported solar cells from a major exporter, proposed as percentages of CIF value (about 23% for certain firms and 30% for others), five-year duties on virgin multi-layer paperboard from specified foreign sources (USD 152.27-221.36/ton), five-year duties on soda ash from several exporting countries, and duties on calcium carbonate filler masterbatch from one exporter (USD 31.58-75/ton). The finance ministry will decide whether to impose the recommended measures under WTO-consistent rules.....
