....The Central Government, exercising powers under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and SEZ Rules, has de-notified 2.27 hectares from a notified IT/ITES SEZ in Gachibowli Village, reducing the SEZ's area to 1.33 hectares. The de-notification follows the developer's proposal, the State Government's approval, and the Development Commissioner's recommendation, and the government found statutory requirements satisfied. The de-notified parcels will be used for infrastructure serving the SEZ's objectives and will conform to the State's land-use guidelines and master plans.....
